Hello!

I’m a Registered Dietitian, MSc. Sports Nutritionist, and black belt judoka. I’ve spent years understanding how nutrition, movement, and mindset combine to create an optimal environment for health as well as performance. Both for active and busy individuals balancing demanding lives.
