 Hi, I’m Roxy 


I've always been fascinated by what helps people grow, perform, and feel their best.

Like many people, I've spent years balancing different priorities, pursuing ambitious goals, and trying to make the most of every opportunity. From competing in judo and completing a master's degree to working across start-ups and the NHS, life has often felt full, fast-paced, and demanding.


For a long time, I believed success meant pushing harder.


I know what it's like to keep going when you're tired, convince yourself you'll rest later, and focus so much on what's next that you forget to take care of yourself in the process.

Eventually, I realised that real progress isn't built through constant sacrifice. It's built through consistency, self-awareness, and small intentional choices that support the life you want to create.


My approach

 

As a registered dietitian, I combine evidence-based nutrition with practical strategies that work in the real world.


No extremes. No perfection. No one-size-fits-all plans.


Instead, I help people understand what's holding them back, build sustainable habits, and create a healthier lifestyle that feels achievable and enjoyable.

Whether your goal is to improve your energy, build confidence, enhance performance, manage your weight, develop a healthier relationship with food, or simply feel better in yourself, my role is to help you get there.


I believe everyone has their own version of success.


My job is to help you build the habits, knowledge, and confidence to reach yours.
