 Hi, I’m Roxy -  and I know what it feels like to juggle it all. 


Career. Relationships. Training. Studies. Friendships. The constant balancing act that never really stops.


I’ve lived it -  the busy days, the full calendar, the quiet moments where you realise you’ve done everything for everyone else… and somehow, you’re not sure what’s left for you.


I’m a black belt in judo, have a master’s degree in Sports Nutrition, work across start-ups and the NHS - and I’ve always had multiple things on the go.
But for a long time, that drive came at a cost.

I know what it’s like to push through exhaustion because “there’s no time to slow down.”
To look like you’ve got it together - while running on caffeine, lists, and adrenaline.
To feel stretched thin, even by the things you love. 


What I learned

Eventually, I realised something needed to change — not in a dramatic way, but in the small, intentional shifts that make everything easier.

Better food choices that don’t require a recipe book.
Shorter workouts that still make me feel strong.
Evenings that end in rest instead of scrolling.
Learning to pause before I crash.

And that’s what I help other women do now:
To stop running on empty and start living with energy, focus, and ease.


My approach

I blend evidence-based nutrition with a very real understanding of how busy life can be.
No strict plans. No “all or nothing.” Just small, smart changes that create breathing room.

I coach women who, like me, are juggling big lives — who want to thrive without burning out.

Together, we figure out what’s really draining your energy, simplify the noise, and build habits that help you feel like yourself again.

Because balance isn’t about doing less -  it’s about doing what matters, with more clarity and strength.
